RWI provides comprehensive design and metal fab services for a broad range of
industrial products and equipment. We work with OEMs and their suppliers, process
plants of all types, job shops and municipalities throughout the east and Midwest.
Our specialties include:
RWI has the design and manufacturing teams, the facility and technical resources,
and the experience to design, prototype and manufacture complex, "one-off" products,
high-volume blanket orders - and anything in-between. We have extensive machining,
welding and straightening capabilities. Our metal fab capabilities include stainless steel,
aluminum, alloys, and carbon steel; we also manufacture products and systems using
popular thermoplastics. When needed, we also provide expert installation services.
RWI quality assurance capabilities include 100% dimensional inspection,
internal quality procedures per ASME/AWS standards, destructive and nondestructive
weld testing, and customer-specified processes. For every metal fab project,
we can provide painting or powder coating services.
